SSI 403 / 그라파이트 가스켓

그라파이트 시트를 일정한 치수로 타발 가공한 제품으로 플래지면에 접점이 우수하며 온도 변화에 대한 반응이 거의 없으므로 폭넓은 용도에 사용될 수 있으며 석면시트의 대용품으로 개발된 제품이며, 사용압력과 사용조건에 따라 SUS 316-L 타공판이나 기타 특수한 금속 SHEET를 보강재로 넣어 고압, 고열에서도 충분한 밀봉효과를 나타낼 수 있게 만든 제품으로 주문자의 요구에 따라 제작하는 제품이다.

The graphite sheet is pressed and cut at a regular measure. It is excellent for flange connection and can also be used for wide flanges since it is non-reactive.

SSI 400 / 그라파이트 씨트

첨가물을 사용하지 않은 정제된 천연인상 흑연 제품으로 내열성, 내약품성 등 흑연만의 독특한 특성을 지녀 유연성 및 압축 복원력이 뛰어나 고온에서도 사용할 수 있으며 결합제나 첨가제를 사용하지 않고도 여러가지 MOLD로 간단히 재가공하여 사용할 수 있다.
* 사용온도 : -250℃~3,000℃(산화분위기 : -250℃~650℃)

Purified natural graphite is treated with acid at high pressure.
It is heat and chemical resistant and has excellent flexibility and elasticity so various jigs can be processed again even without any additive or adhesive.

SSI 401 / 그라파이트 테이프

그라파이트 시트를 일정한 폭으로 절단하여 표면을 주름 가공하여 테이프상으로 만든 프리사이즈 패킹으로 어떠한 치수의 펌프 및 밸브의 축에 손쉽게 감아져 간단히 성형시켜 사용할 수 있으며, 고온가스, 열유, 열매, 증기, 열수, 고온탄화수소, 유기용제 등 각종 화학약품, 펌프, 밸브, 축 등에 사용한다.

This graphite tape is a free-sized packing cut from graphite sheet at regular widths. The surface is processed with wrinkles and then made into the shape of a tape. It is used for heated gas, hot oil heat mediator, steam, hot water, high temperature, hydrocarbon organic solvent, various chemicals, pump, valve and shaft.

SSI 402 / 그라파이트 몰드 패킹

그라파이트 시트를 일정한 치수로 압축셩형 가공한 패킹으로 흑연 자체의 자기 윤활성으로 왕복 및 회전축에 손상을 주지 않고, 저온에서 고온까지 사용영역이 넓으며 완전한 밀봉작용과 보수유지가 간단하다.

The graphite sheet is pressed, moulded and processed at a regular measure. There is no damage on the reciprocating and revolving shaft due to the self-lubrication graphite from low degree to high degree pressure. It ensures perfect sealing up and simple maintenance and repair.

SSI 4001 / 인코넬선입 그라파이트 섬유 편조 패킹

그라파이트 섬유에 내열성이 우수한 인코넬선을 보강하여 치밀하게 격자편으로 편조한 제품으로 고온 고압에서 안정된 성능을 유지하는 패킹이며, 기존 그라파이트 몰드 패킹의 단점을 보완하여 신축성이 있으며, 특히 밸브패킹용으로 개발된 제품이다.

This is a product made by reinforcing graphite with inconel wire which is good thermostable and by knitting fret work elaborately.
It is a packing to keep the stable efficiency in high temperature and high pressure, and as elastic to make up for defects of the conventional Graphite Mold packing, and was developed particularly for valve packing.

SSI 4000 / 만능 흑연 편조 패킹

순수한 GRAPHITE를 섬유로만 편조한 패킹으로 화학적으로 불활성이므로 내산성을 요구하거나 고열, 고속, 고압용의 패킹이다. 또한 천연적인 윤활성은 가동시의 발열되는 것을 분산시키고 매끄러운 표면을 만들어 SLEEVE의 마모가 발생하지 않아 기존 패킹의 결점을 완벽하게 해결할 만능 패킹이다. 그리고 제품에 포함된 가용성 염소잔류량이 18PPM이하로서 원자력 사양보다 적어 원자력 발전소의 고가 장비의 SEALING용으로 사용된다.

It consists of pure graphite fibre yarns, braided into square cross section. It is chemically inert and suitable for high temperature, high speed, high pressure environments requiring the anti-acidity. Because it dissipates well the heat during the operation and maintains smooth surface without a sleeve abrasion due to its good lubrication mature, it is an lmighty packing to solve completely all the problems in the coventional packing. The residuals of soluble chlorine included in the products are less than 18ppm which is less than the specification requi in the nuclear power plant, making it suitable for use as a sealant of high-price equipment in the nuclear power plant.
