특징(Characteristic)
고품질의 비석면 섬유와 내유성의 NBR 고무를 사용했기 때문에 기름에 특히 안정하며, 우수한 밀봉성을 발휘한다.
This is manufactured by the hot celender process using high quality non-asbestos fibers and oil resistant synthetic rubber. Specially, this sheet has superior sealibility with excellent oil resistance.

특징(Characteristic)
고품질의 비석면 섬유와 기름에 안정한 NBR 고무를 사용했으며, 시트 내부에 스테인레스 금망을 넣어 제작. Semi-metallic Gasket로서 고온, 고압에 우수한 성능을 발휘하는 금망입 비석면판이다.
JIC 6000-W is an excellent quality asbestos free gasket material with stainless steel wire-mesh inserted to be suitable for high temperature and high pressure. Manufactured bt the hot calender process using high quality non asbestos fibers and oil-resistant rubber.

특징(Characteristic)
종래의 압축 석면판과 동일한 공정으로 압연 가열, 성형한 것으로 내열성 합성고무인 SBR과 비석면 섬유를 사용한 것으로 내열성 및 복원성이 비석면 Gasket 로서 적합한 비석면 Sheet 이다.
This is asbestos free jointing sheet is designed specifically to perform and seal more effectively than other asbestos free gasketing materials. This sheet provides superior heat resistance and excellent recovery because of unique blends of synthetic fibers, fillers and SBR binder.

High quality non-asbestos fiber and excellent heat/oil resistant rubber are compounded and calendered into a gasket sheet with superior chemical resistance. Especially it shows a good sealing performance under hot oil, oil gas, etc.

특징(Characteristic)
특수 내열섬유에 내유성의 합성고무를 배합해서 만든 내유, 내연류유형의 비석면 시트이다. 응력 완화현상이 양호하여 토르크 변화율이 적은 시트이다. 연료유, 윤활유, 동식물유 및 유기용제 등 넓은 범위의 유체에 사용된다.
Special heat-resistant fiber and oil resistant rubber are compounded and calendered into a non-asbestos gasket sheet with a oil/fuel-resistant property. It shows low creep relaxation. Suitable for a wide range of fluids such as fuel, lubricating oil, animal oil, vegetable oil, organic solvents.

특징(Characteristic)
탄력있는 Cushion재(압출석면판, 압축비석면판 등)를 P.T.F.E 박판으로 피복피복하고 Out Dia 쪽을 봉합한 Gasket 이다. 외부로 부터 유체가 침투하더라도 중심재의 오염을 방지할 수 있는 특징이 있다.
Elastic cushion material(Compressed asbestos or non-asbestor sheet) is completely shielded into a gasket. This prevents the contamination of cushion material from fluid flow.
